“ I’m not a vegan but I’ve always wanted to try this place. Today was a particularly cold day outside so I got the pho and it did not disappoint! The broth was great, I enjoyed the meat alternatives, and the extra vegetables were a plus. I would definitely order the pho here again. ”

I ordered the spicy royal just because the picture looked good, but I didn't realize it's supposed to be the vegan version of bun bo hue which is my favorite dish! The broth was delicious and I didn't miss any meat/meat flavoring at all. I devoured it quickly and enjoyed every bite. The dish didn't look large but it was very filling.
